INNERSPRINGS

Bonnell Lura-Flex Symetrics Marshall Unit Body Print Speaking of Springs Glossary

Stress-O-Pedic uses high quality wire to exacting specifications that are 50% more demanding than industry standards.

Our investment in research and development to continuous improvement of equipment and product design is shown by the premium quality innersprings used in all our bedding. This results in your purchase of a better bedding systems, and an even better value.

All Stress-O-Pedic Innersprings are stress relieved through a tempering process. Tempering is the process of stress relieving or normalizing high carbon spring wire to make it want to keep its designed shape. This process is mandatory and may be performed by various techniques to include gas firing or electrically heating the subject material. The heat or temperature must be in the range between 450 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit to complete the process of molecular alignment. If the process is not conducted, an innerspring unit would not be able to maintain its proper or intended finished height. The stress relieving process helps trigger the chemistry in the high carbon wire to help produce long term performance.

Stress-O-Pedic employs a complete line-up of quality innersprings which add premium quality to every bed, putting more comfort, and more value in every purchase.
