• Patented sinusoidal glue pattern.
• Each coil is manufactured from high tensile wire and stress relieved for lasting resiliency.
• Size wire convolutions in each coil provide set resistance and product longevity.
• Each coil has a pre-load when encased in the fabric for enhanced resiliency, support, and eliminates permanent coil set.
• Each coil is encased in high quality, high density specialty designed fabric. This fabric is designed to minimize friction and noise while maximizing wear strength.
• Coils are encased by ultrasonically welding the fabric. This creates a high strength bond between each coil and along the top of the encasement.
• Foam encased option available.
